Indonesia masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan dalam penghormatan, pelindungan, dan pemenuhan hak asasi manusia,” tegas Atnike.

Atnike juga mencatat bahwa hingga November 2024, Komnas HAM telah menerima 4.316 aduan yang diduga merupakan pelanggaran HAM, dengan total 2.303 kasus. Beberapa kasus yang masih menjadi perhatian utama termasuk pelanggaran HAM berat di Papua dan kebijakan yang berpotensi melanggar HAM.
